Our management service is for landlords who prefer to have the ongoing support of an agent.

Request a valuation of your property

Our services include

  • Providing a consultation on presentation, improvements and safety requirements

  • We use multi-platform marketing to promote and let your property.

  • We will carefully reference tenants and carry out right to rent checks.

  • We will prepare the Tenancy Agreement and Inventory as required.

  • We will collect the first month’s rent and the tenancy deposit.

  • We will register the tenancy deposit with TDS.

  • We will do an escorted check-in and read meters with new tenants.

  • We will notify utilities and council tax office of the new tenancy.

  • We will check the property 3 months into the tenancy and every 6 months thereafter.

  • We will organise routine repairs and maintenance.

  • We will provide an in-house 24/7 emergency contact service for your tenants.

Our fees are clear and competitive. We add no commission to contractor invoices.
